We do not provide refunds. All payments to Nalepa Labs LLC for the Open Mind Ledger Platform — including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, mid-cycle upgrades, add-on charges, and any one-time fees — are final and non-refundable, in full or in part, under any circumstance.
This applies whether you cancel mid-period, do not use the Platform during a billing period, downgrade your plan, or your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No partial refunds, pro-rata credits, or store credits are offered.
This Refund Policy is the complete statement of our refund position and supersedes any prior version.
Open Mind Ledger offers a free trial that lets you evaluate the Platform before making any payment. The free trial is the mechanism by which you confirm the Platform meets your needs prior to subscribing. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to verify fit, because once you subscribe, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription only when you explicitly purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:
To cancel, visit Account Settings > Subscription, or contact billing@nalepalabs.com.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge for a tier you did not select — contact billing@nalepalabs.com within thirty (30) days of the charge with your registered email address, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where the charge was demonstrably made in error on our side, reverse the erroneous portion. This is a correction of a mistake, not a refund of an authorized payment.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank for a properly authorized charge — instead of contacting us first — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Platform Terms of Service. The Platform Terms of Service govern your overall relationship with Nalepa Labs and Open Mind Ledger, and confirm that "We do not provide refunds or credits for any cancellations or partial subscription period." If there is any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
